The Toombs County High School Track and Field athletes competed at the 2A GHSA State Meet in McEachern, GA on May 11-12. The following are the TCHS athletes’ performance results from the event.

Gavin Fletcher (Freshman): State Runner Up in High Jump with a PR of 6ft 4in

Brock Nobles (Junior): 4th Place in Discus with a PR of 153ft

Shaylin Stringer (Sophomore): 5th Place in Discus with a PR of 112ft 6in

Erick Stevens (Junior): 12th place in 110 Hurdles
