Mr. William Randall Nobles Sr. age 68 of Soperton, passed away on Tuesday evening, May 4, 2021 at Memorial Hospital in Savannah.
Born in Savannah, he was the eldest of three children born to the late William Leonard and Annie Pearl Williamson Nobles.
Randall grew up in Savannah and Vidalia; from where he graduated high school. He worked as a Meat Cutter in Lyons for many years until joining Graham Brothers Construction in East Dublin in the early 1990s, where he worked until retiring.
Randall was an avid outdoorsman that loved to hunt and fish.
He was a member of Soperton First Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Reba Calhoun Nobles and his brother, Tony Nobles.
Randall leaves behind his son, William Randall “Randy” Nobles Jr. (Melissa), Vidalia, GA, his sister, Linda Quigley (Mark), Vidalia, GA, former wife, Martha Ann Hopkins Nobles, Cairo, GA, other family members, Denise Pournelle (John), Soperton, GA, Larry Calhoun, Swainsboro, GA, Debbie C. Ware, Swainsboro, GA, a nephew, Brett Quigley and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 3:00 pm on Friday, May 7, 2021 in the Williams Chapel of Sammons Funeral Home.
His family will receive friends on Friday, at the funeral home, from 1:30 pm until the hour of service.
Randall will be laid to rest beside his wife in Westview Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be: Brett Quigley, Jeffery Nobles, Justin Nobles, John Quigley, Shawn Swain and Jonathan Smith
