On Tuesday, January 9, in observance of National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, The Refuge Domestic Violence Shelter gifted insulated cups to staff of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff Maybin stated, “The Refuge serves Montgomery County well with the services it provides to those in need of shelter. I fully support its mission and have seen many families benefit from the safe haven it provides in times where domestic violence and sexual assault have left its victim shattered. I appreciate the kindness The Refuge extended to our office and know my staff will also."
