Memorial Health Meadows Physicians is pleased to announce the opening of a new clinic location for Memorial Health Meadows Physicians – Heart Care on October 11.

“We are excited to partner with Evans Memorial Hospital and the Claxton community to bring our cardiology program to Evans County to serve our patients from this area. This new clinic will expand our reach for patients who need heart care close to home,” said Matt Hasbrouck, Meadows Hospital CEO.

The new clinic will be staffed by experienced interventional cardiologists and advanced practice providers. They will provide comprehensive heart care for patients and manage conditions ranging from high cholesterol to heart arrhythmias (irregular heart beat).
