Mr. David W. Heath, age 59, of Lyons, Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at his home after a sudden illness. He lived in Dothan, Alabama most of his life, graduated high school there, and moved to Lyons in 1999. He was Baptist by faith, an automotive mechanic for many years, Parts Manager at Vidalia Motor Parts for many years; and he enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and camping. He is preceded in death by his parents, James Heath and Irma Burnsed; daughter, Lean Heath; two sisters, Vickey Heath Osborne and Deloris Gardner; and stepbrother, Bo Burnsed.
His family includes his wife, Barbie Trammell; five children, Jeremy Heath and wife Bailey, Jason Heath, all of Greenbriar, Arkansas, and Dereck Hughes of Webb, Alabama; Tasha Cochran, and Crystal Helmy and husband Hosam, all of Vidalia; stepfather, Elvin Burnsed of Dothan, Alabama; six siblings, Danny Heath and wife Angela of Avon, Alabama, Jimmy Heath of Brooklet, Jacky Heath of Muscle Shoals, Alabama, Mickey Heath and wife Lisa of Ashford, Alabama, Greg Heath and wife Edia of Webb, and Les Heath and wife Lori of Ozark, Alabama; former son-in-law, William Register and wife Kimberly of Vidalia; ten grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be Saturday and Sunday, December 11th and 12th at the family home in Lyons.
