Mr. Shane Adams, age 53, of Uvalda, died Saturday, October 9, 2021, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Normantown. He was a native of Tampa, Florida and lived there until moving to Uvalda in 1987. He was Baptist by faith; and he enjoyed fishing, yard work, the Atlanta Falcons, and NASCAR. He is preceded in death by his father, Gene Adams; and a brother, Tommy Adams.
His family includes his mother, Claudine Adams of Uvalda; one sister, Suzie McGhee of Seffner, Florida; one sister-in-law, Donna Adams; and two nieces, Brenda Harrell and husband Mike of Uvalda, and Melissa Davis and husband Clay of Valrico, Florida.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 13th, from 2:00 p.m. until just prior to the service at 3:00 in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Dead River Cemetery.
