Law enforcement at the Toombs County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday morning that they had been made aware that a phone scam was taking place in the area.

Apparently, the caller(s) is/are using the name of Toombs County Sheriff's Office Captain Chris Clark's name in various types of telephone scams.
