Tthe Toombs County Grant Jury convened last Monday where they were presented 9 bills of indictment, with the grand jury returning all bills as true.
Indictments against individuals included two for aggravated assault; one for theft by deception; one for failure to register as a sex offender; one financial transaction card fraud, one burglary with aggravated assault; one fleeing with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and theft by receiving; one violation of sex offender restrictions by knowingly residing within 1,000 feet of a child care or school facility, and one man with four counts of child molestation.
