Mr. Grahl Moxley, age 56, of Vidalia, died Friday, May 16, 2025, at South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta following an extended illness. He was a native of Treutlen County and was a 1986 graduate of Treutlen County High School. While in high school, Grahl worked at several local radio stations in Soperton and Swainsboro, as well as 98Q in Vidalia. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran. In the late 1990s, he began a career as a millwright. Later, he became a superintendent, working in New Jersey, Wisconsin, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and Alabama. He was a member of United Brotherhood of Carpenter and Joiners of America. He was a member of Harmony Masonic Lodge #405 in Soperton, Al Sihah Shriners in Macon, Vidalia/Lyons Moose Lodge #1281, and Morningside Baptist Church in Treutlen County. Grahl enjoyed fishing, golf, riding in truck and exploring new places, dancing, eating, and loved music immensely. He is preceded in death by his father, James Monroe Moxley.
His family includes his mother, Glenda Register August of Vidalia; one sister, Carla Moxley Caputi of Lake Park; one niece, Leslie Kate Culpepper and husband Matthew of Nashville, Georgia; and three great-nieces, McKenzie, Amelia, and Charlotte Culpepper.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 5:00 until 8:00.
The funeral service will be Thursday morning, May 22nd, 2025, at 11:00 in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Randy McDuffie officiating. Burial will follow at Boiling Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Treutlen County with Masonic Rites.

Mr. Billy G. Cammack, age 79, beloved husband of Sue Williams Cammack of Mt. Vernon passed away on Thursday afternoon, May 15, 2025 at Memorial Health in Savannah.
Born in Treutlen County, he was one of seven children born to the late Grady James “G. J.” Cammack and Jessi Lee Gilreath Cammack. He attended school in Treutlen County and in January of 1966 married Sue Williams.
Mr. Billy had worked in the grocery business; managing multiple retail stores until retiring in 2008. In 1977, he and his brother, Grady, had started Cammack Deer Processing. This business has been a mainstay in the area for generations of local and out of state hunters. When he retired from managing grocery stores, he continued to operate their meat processing business but also pursued his passion for farming. Mr. Billy and his wife, Sue, together raised untold breeds of farm animals from newborn to full grown livestock. They also, together, cut and baled hay for other farmers and land owners over a multi county area for many years. His helping hand and knowledge will be missed.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Geraldine Cammack Walker and a brother, Grady Cammack.
Mr. Billy leaves to cherish the memories of his life: his wife and partner of fifty nine years, Sue Williams Cammack, their children, Rodney Cammack (Angie), Soperton, GA, Melinda Gladden (John), Mt. Vernon, GA, Brenda Collins (Jimmy), Mt. Vernon, GA, siblings, Lucy Peeples, Hinesville, GA, Bobby Cammack (Joan), Soperton, GA, Jane Asbell (Earl), Dublin, GA, Donnie Cammack (Teresa), Soperton, GA, grandchildren, Randy Cammack, Brad Cammack, Breyson Gladden, Makala Meeks (Dusty), Raylee Gladden, Cainan Gladden, great grandchildren, Colton Cammack, Kennedy Cammack, numerous nieces, nephews and their canine companion, Tramp.
Funeral services were conducted at 11:00 am on Monday, May 19, 2025 in the Williams Chapel of Sammons Funeral Home with Pastor John Drake officiating.
Mr. Billy was laid to rest in Westview Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers were: Randy Cammack, Brad Cammack, Breyson Gladden, Cooper Williams, Josh Cammack and Cainan Gladden.
Honorary escorts were: Scott Williams, Jody Williams, Craig Williams and Dusty Meeks.

Mrs. Mary Elsa “Elsie” Cauley Smith, age 87, beloved wife of William Hardy Smith of Tarrytown passed away on Tuesday morning, May 13, 2025 at the Treutlen County Health and Rehabilitation Center in Soperton.
Born in Montgomery County, she was the youngest and last living of five children born to the late Will Cauley and Flossie Edge Cauley. She grew up in the Bear Creek Community and was a lifelong resident of Montgomery County. In 1958, she married William Hardy Smith and they together worked and raised three children. Mrs. Smith had served as Postmaster of the Tarrytown Post Office for many years before retiring. She and her husband were the models of a “match made in heaven”. They were dedicated to each other, their children and their extended family. They always provided a home for anyone that might show up, in need.
Mrs. Smith enjoyed gardening, canning, baking, reading and fishing. She was an accomplished seamstress and sewed many of her family’s clothes.
She and Mr. Smith had been longtime members at Rosemont Baptist Church in Treutlen County.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Louise Palmer, “Sonny Man” Cauley, Annie Reynolds and Preston Cauley.
She leaves behind, her husband of sixty six years, William H. Smith, Tarrytown, GA, their son, Wendell Alan Smith (Wendy), Montrose, GA, their daughters, Patricia Howard (Dan), Gray, GA, Ellen Clifton (Steven), Dublin, GA, grandchildren, Jackson Smith, Carson Smith, Caroline Smith, Scott Howard, Madison Howard, a great grandchild, Jude Howard and numerous nieces and nephews.
Her son, Wendell, passed away a mere hours after this mother.
Mrs. Smith was laid to rest on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at Dublin Memorial Gardens with her nephew, Reverend Byron Smith officiating.
A public service will be announced and conducted at a later date.

Mrs. Agnes Rogers Wilcher, age 81, beloved wife of the late John Franklin Wilcher of Adrian, passed away on Thursday afternoon, May 15, 2025 at her home.
Born in Treutlen County, she was the eldest daughter of eight children born to the late Jimmy Spurgeon Rogers and Mattie Bell Cammack Rogers. She grew up in Treutlen County and was a graduate of Treutlen County High School. In 1961, she married John F. Wilcher of Treutlen County. Mrs. Wilcher had worked in the Textile Industry for many years, retiring from Forstmann as a Quality Control Inspector in 2005. Her husband, to whom she was married for over fifty years worked for the Treutlen County Road Dept. and passed away in 2012. Mr. and Mrs. Wilcher worked hard, together, to provide for their family, but also to instill the same work ethic in their children that they had been taught by their parents.
Mrs. Wilcher was always of the holiness faith and had been a longtime member of the Pine Hill Holiness Church. She was a sweet spirited God fearing woman, a devoted prayer warrior that possessed a strong faith in her God and possessed the unique gift of enriching every life that she touched.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by siblings, J. B. Rogers, LaFaye Rogers, Ronnie Rogers, Maynard Rogers, Annie Bell Stapleton and Patsy Maddox.
She leaves behind her children, Kenneth “Kenny” Wilcher (Sheila), Adrian, GA, Connie Price (Vince), Adrian, GA, her last living sister, Sandra Wilcher (Newborn) of Adrian, five grandchildren, Ashley Graham, Frankie Lawrence (Ashley), Kensy Wilcher (Dustin), Anna Reigh Bridges (Jay), Dillion Price (Shanell), eight great grandchildren, Kaden Graham, Johnny Johnson, Gavin Lawrence, Jake Johnson, Kayson Lawrence, Jenna Kate Johnson, Ayden Combs, Daylen Price and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 pm on Sunday, May 18, 2025 in the Williams Chapel of Sammons Funeral Home with Pastor Troy Maddox and Pastor Charles Parrish officiating.
Mrs. Wilcher was laid to rest, beside her husband, in the Shiloh Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers were: Stevie Stapleton, Brent McCoy, Stan McCoy, Jimmy Sharpe Jr., Daryl “D.J.” Smith and Maynard Edenfield.

Mr. Mike Selph, age 68, of Mt. Vernon, died Friday, May 16, 2025, at Memorial Health in Savannah following an extended illness. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida on September 2, 1956, and as a child moved to Montgomery County. He attended Montgomery High School and lived in Mt. Vernon and Ailey most of his life. He was a motor grader operator with Reeves Construction for several years and the Montgomery County Road Department where he retired. He and his wife are owners of “Fuzzys” Family Restaurant in Mt. Vernon. He enjoyed the outdoors, mud bogging, and racing. He is preceded in death by his parents, Strozier Mack Selph and Willie Pearl Hilliard Selph; the grandmother who raised her “Honey Man”, “Ma” Ethel Gunn Selph; and sister, Maxine Selph Griner.
His family includes his wife of 43 years, Rosie M. Selph of Mt. Vernon; eight children, Michael Selph Sellers and Julie of East Dublin, Henry Michael Selph, Jr., Strozier Mack Selph, both of Alabama, Michelle Selph of Vidalia, Nichole Selph and Stacy Smallpiece of Mt. Vernon, Rachel Najera and husband Daniel of Vidalia, “Bubba” Selph, Marie Selph Sharpton and husband Scott, all of Mt. Vernon; one sister, Debra Selph Spivey and husband James of Dublin; Rickie “Cuz” Wesberry; brother-in-law, Russell Griner of Soperton; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00.
The funeral service will Wednesday, May 21st, 2025, at 3:00 in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Reverend Brent Holcombe officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Vernon Memorial Cemetery.
Pallbearers are “Bubba” Selph, Michael Selph Sellers, Ashton Sanders, Logan Boyd, “BB” Boyd, Payton Gross, Broady Selph, and Spencer Sharpton.
