Mr. Tommy Lee “Pedro” Faircloth, Jr., age 44, of Vidalia, died Thursday, September 7, 2023. He was a lifelong resident of Toombs County, living in Vidalia most of his life. He worked as an automotive mechanic with his father at T&T Taxi and at Mann’s Performance, as well as working at County Seat restaurant in Lyons. He attended First Baptist AME Church in Vidalia, and he enjoyed fishing and tinkering with small engines. He is preceded in death by his father, Tommie Lee Faircloth, Sr
His family includes his wife, Amanda M. Faircloth of Vidalia; five children, Cody Faircloth, Anna Faircloth, Roderick Harvey, Jeffery Green and Joshua Bowens; all of Vidalia; four grandchildren, Remington Faircloth, Ashton Luke McCarty, Layla May Faircloth and Kilani Sage Green; mother, Ruby Lee Faircloth of Vidalia; four siblings, Krystal McDonald and husband Ray of Mt. Vernon, Amanda Swinton and Shan McRae, James Faircloth and wife Leslie of Lyons, and Melissa Childs of Vidalia; two sisters-in-law, Bernicia Harvey and Belinda Harvey; and several nieces and nephews.
The memorial service will be Wednesday, September 20th, at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Luther Wardlaw and Minister Joann Orr officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:00 until just prior to the service.
