The installation of a turf playing surface at Buck Cravey Field at Vidalia High School continues. The completion date is set for February 3rd.

“We are all excited to see this nearing completion. It is going to mean a lot to our school, community, and our students. We will have one of the best turf fields in the state. If you look around Toombs County, Appling County, Pierce County they all have turf fields. These are all schools that we are in competition with, and it keeps us up to par with them and it is the way the whole state is going. There will be a lot of people on that field that will get to enjoy it.” VHS Athletic Director Tommy Dalley said.
