Mr. Robert Wayne Phillips, age 62 of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2022 from injuries sustained in a bicycle accident.
He was born on March 17, 1960 in Montgomery, AL to the late Horace A. and Vivian Wilkes Phillips. He was a construction worker by trade and a United States Army veteran. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Evelyn Barnes.
Those left to cherish his memory include his life partner, Sheri L. Landin; two nephews, Donald Steven Charlton and Richard Barnes; niece, Kay McCain and numerous other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends and relatives on Saturday, August 13, 2022 from 1:00pm until 2:00pm at Roberts – Stewart Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm following the visitation on Saturday at Roberts – Stewart Funeral Home Chapel with his Life Partner, Sheri L. Landin eulogizing. Graveside service and interment will follow at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery.
