Two Vidalia men were arrested last Thursday following a joint investigation by the GBI Southeastern Regional Drug Enforcement Office, Toombs County Sheriff’s Office, Vidalia Police Department, and the United States Marshal’s Service.

Jermaine Brown, age 44, and Joshua Brown, age 20, were taken into custody after a search warrant results in the confiscation of guns, illegal drugs, and drug-related paraphernalia. Both are charged with multiple drugs with intent to distribute charges as well as firearms charges. Jermaine Brown is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Both men were booked into the Toombs County Detention Center.
