Vincent R. Drummer Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Willie Clifton Ealey, Jr, who entered Eternal Rest on December 28, 2021.
Willie Clifton Ealey, Jr. was born on May 12th,1955 in Collins Georgia to the late Willie Clifton Ealey Sr. and Mertice Eason Ealey. He was called home to be with the lord on December 28th, 2021. He had two sisters Inell Pough-Byrd, Dr.Clifford Lee Ealey-Rhynes, and one daughter Rena Gadson which preceded him in death.
At an early age Willie Clifton Ealey Jr. attended and worshiped at New Bethaven Primitive Baptist Church in Collins Georgia.
Willie Clifton Ealey Jr. known to most as “Will” graduated from Reidsville High School in 1973. It was during his school years where he found his first love for sports especially football and baseball. He also enjoyed fishing,hunting and cooking for his family and friends. After high school he relocated to Savannah Georgia where he became a longshoreman with the local 1414. He later retired after 40 years.
He leaves to cherish his memories: His beloved Wife of 20 years, Dorothy Ealey. His children; Willie Clifton Ealey III (Melissa),Dwan Datrelle Smith (Shaun), Winter Canei Ealey, Waltrell Clifton Ealey,Washaun Cameron Ealey,Whitney Courtney Ealey,Wezley Conte Ealey,Darrell Graves, Daneka Graves,Trina Lundy (Paul), Archie Gadson (Megan), Alvin Gadson, Antonio Gadson, Aaron Gadson, Inell Gadson, Reneé Roberts,Nathaniel Roberts,Johnathe Roberts (Stephanie),and Fabeian Roberts.Two sisters: Ms.Daisy Anthony and Mrs.Naomi Richardson, One Brother Thomas Ealey (Tamika). A special niece Gracie Hall (Clerance),and two special nephews Robert Anthony (Wanquilla) and Richard Ryhnes (C’nese), and a special brother Caroll Tillman (Vanessa). He had 40 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. A host of relatives and friends.
Public Visitation will be held on Friday, January 7, 2022, from 4 PM until 7 PM at Mt. Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church in Collins, GA.
Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at 1 PM from Wilkerson Cemetery in Collins , GA. Dr. Brenda Nobles-Brown will deliver the eulogy.
