Preston Lane Walker Johnson, infant son of Jordan Hickman of Tarrytown, died Friday, December 24, 2021, at Doctors Hospital in Augusta.

In addition to his mother, Preston is survived by his sister, Prudence Hickman of Tarrytown; maternal grandparents, Brandy and Brian Hammock of Tarrytown; maternal great-grandmother, Margaret Argo of Higgston; maternal great-grandparents Robert Hammock, Sr. and Christine Hammock, both of Vidalia; maternal great-great-grandmother, Shirley Holmes of Vidalia; aunt, Whitley Argo of Higgston; great-aunt, Dana Harrell Beasley and husband Dubby of Lyons; and one great-uncle, Robert Hammock, Jr. and wife Melissa of Vidalia; great-great aunt, Elizabeth Denton of Kentucky; and great-great uncle, John Hammock and wife Sandra of Lyons. 

A memorial service will be held Sunday, January 9, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Blockers Chapel Baptist Church with Pastor Albert White officiating.
