Mr. Elvin W. Wrenn, age 65, of Tattnall County, died Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at Memorial Health Meadows Hospital in Vidalia. The Tattnall County native lived there most of his life, in Savannah for several years, and moved to Vidalia in 1999. Elvin was a carpenter, welder, and commercial painter. He was Baptist by faith; and he enjoyed fishing at the Ohoopee River and tinkering on automobiles. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clinton Lamar Wrenn, Sr. and Mildred Irene Collins Wrenn; and a sister, Fae Wrenn Mann.
His family includes five siblings, Amanda Wrenn of Vidalia, Lamar Wrenn of Metter, Alan Wrenn and wife Nancy of Lyons, Janice Butler and husband Leon of Vidalia, and Keith Wrenn and wife Sue of Cumming; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside funeral service will be Friday, December 3rd, at 3:00 p.m. at Lakeview Memorial Gardens with Mr. Jose Caraballo officiating.
The family will receive friends at the cemetery from 2:00 until just prior to the service.
