Earlier this week, we reported that shots were fired in the Swainsboro stadium following last Friday night’s football game. Authorities now report that five people have been charged in the fight that led to what may or may not have led to such a shooting.

In the aftermath of the altercation, video captured by bystanders has been reviewed several times, and law enforcement cannot detect any gunfire. In addition, no eyewitnesses have come forward stating they actually saw a weapon or witness any shots fired.

Those arrested include three juveniles whose names are not being released because of their ages. The other two have been identified as O’Maury Simmons, age 17, and Jamorion Glover, age 19. All five have been charged with affray/fighting.
