“The heavy rain and muddy conditions of this meet did not lend itself to this many personal best times, but our runners showed up to compete and they seized the opportunity to develop and improve.” Said VHS Head Coach Mandy Godbee. “Senior captains Luke Palmer, Daniel Hodges, and Kaitlyn Allen are the foundation that leads our group to so much improvement. Their hard work, diligence and high expectations have paved the way to higher standards and excellent results,” Godbee added.
