Next Monday, a Henry County Judge will make the final decision as to whether 147,000 votes cast in Fulton County, Georgia, in the November elections will be audited by a team of certified experts ready to begin the massive undertaking.
Tuesday, Senator Blake Tillery hosted a Voter Integrity meeting where fellow attorneys John Gordon and William Ligon explained documented irregularities in the elections including eyewitness and video accounts of ballots being scanned more than once, tabulators scanning ballots after it was announced the office was closed for the night and suspicious paper stock and questionable markings on absentee ballots.
But even if the Judge rules in favor of the plaintiffs in the case, it doesn’t mean President Biden and others will be ousted out of office. Sen. Tillery explains.
“There are guidelines in the U.S. Constitution that says when a candidate is in office, he’s in office so the President is the President unless the House impeaches him – and if you look at that makeup, you know that’s not going to happen,” Sen. Tillery said. “What this is about is making sure that those who did this are prosecuted and that in upcoming elections if anyone wants to do this again, they will think twice. This is also about making sure that voters make the decisions for their candidate of choice and not some machine doing it for them."
