Mr. Jerry Claxton, age 62 of Milledgeville, passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at his residence.

He was born on May 8, 1959 in Savannah, GA to the late Horace and Eula Manning Claxton. He had worked with Georgia Power as an Auditor.

Mr. Claxton is survived by his brother, William Claxton, Jr. and wife, Jimmie; his sister, Pam Williams and husband, Chris; his niece, Katie O’Connor; and his two nephews, Alex Williams and Zachary Claxton.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday morning, September 7th, 2021 from 10:00am until 11:00am at Sharpe Cemetery. Graveside service will be held at 11:00am following the visitation.
