Robert Toombs Christian Academy's Varsity Baseball celebrated the hard work and dedication towards our Spring youth sports programs within the Toombs County Recreation Departments on March 30, 2021. The kids were invited to Tuesday's baseball game where they were introduced on the field between innings for their tip of the cap ovation. Players represented their team's by wearing their jerseys then after the game, the kids ran the bases.
"It was great to see these future stars all enjoying themselves! We want them to look forward to the day they get to wear that RT and CRUSADER across the front of their jersey. Days like this is what our school and athletics are about; these young people. Our vision is to grow and mentor all levels of athletics, from our K4 program through 12th grade. It is special to see these youngest athletes fist bump and high five our High School players. Overall, it was just a cool day for everyone; the young ones and the older," states Athletic Director Jacob Lord
