On Doctors’ Day, Tuesday, March 30, Meadows Regional Medical Center dedicated its courtyard in memory of Dr. Nancy Allyson Shaw who passed away in 2020.
Meadows Chief Medical Officer Dr. Karen McColl spoke at the dedication, along with Anesthesiologist Dr. Stacie Wong and Wendy Cooper, RN. Shaw’s life was also celebrated with a balloon release and cupcakes for all in attendance.
“Dr. Shaw was an integral part of our hospitalist program,” said McColl. “I am so thankful for all the thoughtful donations given by our medical staff and employees which went to the purchase of the beautiful engraved granite bench and memorial plaque for the courtyard.”
