January 14—The Montgomery County High School Track & Field team will have a new track to run on this upcoming season. The second phase of the new facility at the high school was recently completed with a new Eight-Lane Rubberized Track.

“This is a really exciting time for us to be opening up our new Track & Field Facility this spring. This has been a long term goal and a lot of hard work to finally see this come to pass. Our administration has been supportive through the process. About two years ago we completed the first phase of the project with our Field events being completed. Now we have our track to go with it and we are really looking forward to hosting meets and practicing at our new facility.” Montgomery County High School Athletic Director Coach Tim Suttles said.
