The Candler County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a baby calf that was stolen Monday from the Wild Georgia Safari Park in Aline on Highway 57 near Exit 98 on Interstate 16.
According to Candler County Sheriff’s Office Capt. Justin Well, it is believed a man loaded the small animal, which still being bottle was fed, into a green Dodge Journey SUV with a front tag bearing the letter “G” between 12:30 and 2:00 p.m. on Monday.
