September 18—The number one ranked VHS Lady Indians improve to 8-0 in Region 2AA and 16-2 overall with a 16-0 win in three innings over the Swainsboro Lady Tigers at home Thursday.

Madison Starr gets the shutout win in the circle allowing just three hits and she also hit a grand slam in the bottom of the first inning. The Lady Indians had eleven hits and ended the game with a walk-off three-run homer by Jesslyn Collins in the bottom of the third.

Vidalia will play two games Saturday at the Diamond Day Tournament in Brooklet against Southeast Bulloch at 10:45 and will face South Effingham at 12:30.(Pictures by Carroll Williams)
