May 29-- Two members of the Toombs County Soccer Association signed letters of intent for scholarships to play soccer at ABAC in Tifton, Georgia. Jazmin Nahuaca and Hannah Sikes.
"It is really great to know that all of my hard work is paying off. I want to thank all of my coaches specifically Coach Fletcher, he has pushed me really hard and taught me so much. I also want to thank my family, friends, teammates and everyone who has been with me through the process. ABAC it feels like home there, everyone gets a long and I feel like their team is very solid and now that Hannah and I are going we feel pretty confident." Jasmine said.
"Jazmin and Hannah played side by side and held down our mid-field.Jazmin has been with us for four years, she is a great student and has a great work ethic and an all-around great kid. Jasmine is very determined and a honor graduate. She is not only a good player but just a well rounded young lady. Hannah has been with us since she was age nine and she overcomes obstacles every time out and has a great work ethic and nobody is going to work harder. She has been a big part of my life both on and off the field so we are going to miss her and there is going to be a void here at TCSA when she is gone." Coach Fletcher Corbin said.
