March 13--  The following was released by Vidalia Heritage Academy.

Dear VHA Family,

As mentioned last evening, the Board of Directors and I are following events closely in regards to next steps for keeping students and staff safe as the country makes its way through this pandemic. Out of an abundance of caution, and in following the suggestion of the Governor and other health officials, we believe it is in the best interest of our VHA Family at this moment to cancel all on-site classes and any related school activities beginning Monday, March 16th through Friday March 27th.

We realize the inconvenience this causes but we are in uncharted waters as we deal this virus. However, it is out intention for learning to continue and will update you on this by Monday afternoon.

Let me once again remind you this is a fluid situation and we can probably expect many twists and turns along the way. We will continue to update you through email and social media as events warrant.
