February 26—For the fourth time in the last six seasons the Treutlen Vikings are moving on to the Final Four! The Vikings came from behind and held on to beat the Lincoln County Red Devils in Soperton Tuesday night in the Quarterfinals of the GHSA Class A State Playoffs.
The Vikings fell behind early and trailed 20-15 after the first period and just by one point at the half 38-37. Treutlen fought back and took the lead in the third quarter 61-55. The Vikings made some important free throws down the stretch to get the big win.
Christopher Floyd led the way in scoring with 29 points KaSabian Mitchell had 15 points and Cartavias Terry with 12 points.
