The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office issued two press releases Thursday on separate incidents but both relate to crimes against children.

On January 28, Leslie Hill, age 38, and Tommie Fuller, age 79, of Kite, had arrest warrants issued for them by the Johson County Sheriff Sheriff’s Office. Hille is being charged with six felony counts of cruelty to children and one felony count of influencing a witness. Tommie Fuller is charged with one felony count of cruelty to children.

This incident also involved 45-year-old Dallas Fuller, also of Kite, who had warrants taken out for five felony counts of child molestation, and misdemeanor sexual battery.

The case involves a 16-year-old confidential victim.

The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office said between September 2024, and January 2026, Dallas Fuller molested the then-15-year-old who said she told Hill and Tommie Fuller about matter. They failed to report or protect the child.

In a separate case, On February 4, the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office issued arrest warrants for Kenisha Blair of Wrightsville. She is charged with two counts of felony cruelty to children, and eight counts of misdemeanor abandonment of children. This case is in reference to two victims, ages 13 and 14.

The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office says that between November 2025 and February 2026, Kenisha Blair would leave the victims at a residence that was in deplorable conditions and unsafe for living and where the inhabitants of the dwelling were unable to properly care for the children. Blair would allegedly leave the children in the environment for weeks at the time without proper supervision or food.

Blair was taken into custody last Thursday, and the victims have now been placed in a safe environment.
