May 9—The Vidalia Indians Soccer team came from behind to defeat the Pepperell Dragons 4-1 Wednesday at Buck Cravey Field in the quarterfinals of the AA State Soccer Playoffs. For the first time in school history the Indians will play in the semi-finals. 5 9 19 Tyler Dean

The Dragons got on the scoreboard with a goal with 5:00 minutes remaining in the first half and took the lead into halftime 1-0. The Indians scored their first of four goals with 10:05 left on a Konner Owens assist to Tyler Dean (Left). Dean returned the favor on a assist on a goal by Owens with 9:12 remaining. With just over 6:00 left in the match Reid Cabe took a direct kick from the side of the box rebound to John David Hodges to score another goal for the Indians. Cabe scored the final goal with just 42 seconds remaining on a kick over the goalie that came out to defend.
