The 6’0” 225lb. linebacker was a dual threat at Vidalia when he graduated in 2017 before signing to play for Dodge City Community College in Kansas. In his two seasons he had 187 tackles with 16 tackles for a loss.

“It has been a long journey and process but I am grateful for it and I am blessed. It really came down between Arkansas and Ole Miss. I chose Ole Miss because of the program and the people there, it almost felt like home. It is closer to home and my family can come and see me play. My advice to players in high school is to get the job done in the classroom and never give up on your dreams.” Henry said.

VHS Head Coach Lee Chomskis said, “Anytime you hear a kid from Vidalia that has landed on his feet and doing well I get excited. He had to go play at the junior college level and has done extremely well. I am very proud and excited for him and his family, it is a grand opportunity. The sky’s the limit if he takes advantage of the situation we may even see him playing on Sunday one day.”
