Coach Godbee stated, “The effort of these student athletes was more than I could ever ask for. The girls knew it was going to be really tough to make it to state as a team, but they committed to the race set out before them and made it happen with sheer determination and grit. I am incredibly proud of their effort and strength.  The boys continue to blow me away.  These guys know what they want and continue to go after it. Both teams have worked so hard and are prepared for state. I am excited and honored to be a part of it”
