November 7--  Georgia voters approved all five amendments to the Georgia state constitution which were on the ballot in yesterday's mid-term election.  All of the measures were approved by large margins.

Amendment 1:  Creates Georgia Outdoor Stewardship Fund - Approved by 83% of voters.

Amendment 2:  Creates State-wide Business Court:  Approved by 69% of voters.

Amendment 3:  Extends a tax break to timberland dedicated for conservation use:  Approved by 62% of voters.

Amendment 4:  Extends rights to victims of felony crimes:  Approved by 81% of voters.

Amendment 5:  Authorizes fair allocation of sales tax proceeds to county and city school districts:  Approved by 71% of voters.
