Medical Assisting 2018 VID i 11 press releaseMedical Assisting Graduates (L-R): Erica Fulmer, Carmen Johnson, Instructor Stephannie Waters, Kayla Goodwin, Amanda WhiteAugust 6--  The Medical Assisting program on the Vidalia campus of Southeastern Technical College (STC) held a pinning ceremony for its summer 2018 graduates on July 24 in the Tattnall Auditorium.

The graduates were Carmen Johnson and Erica Fulmer of Lyons, Kayla Goodwin of Vidalia, and
Amanda White of Soperton.

Lanie Welch, Nurse Practitioner and Owner of Accordia Urgent Care and Family Practice, spoke
and congratulated the graduates.

Instructor Stephannie Waters said, "As an instructor, it is always wonderful to see students succeed. I
am incredibly proud of these young women and all of the hard work they put into finishing the Medical
Assisting program. I can't wait to see what the future has in store for them.”

Amanda White said to Waters in her speech, “You’re more than an instructor; you’re a motivator.”
