The Vidalia Indians dropped a pair of region games Friday night at home to the Swainsboro Tigers. The Indians losing 52-48 and the Lady Indians falling 68-28.

The Indians led after the first quarter 10-9 and trailed at the half by one point 22-21. Both teams battled in the second half with Swainsboro leading 36-35 after the third period. The Indians had their chances down the stretch but came up short. Tahj Jones led the way in scoring for Vidalia with 23 points.

The Lady Indians fell behind early to the Lady Tigers and trailed 24-4 after the first period and 32-14 at the half and 44-20 after the third quarter.

The Indians are 2-2 and the Lady Indians fall to 0-4.
