August 4-- The City of Vidalia Fire Department thanks Lowe's of Vidalia for it's continued investment in the local community through it's participation in the Community Partnership Program. Lowe's has donated 300 smoke detectors to be installed in the homes of Vidalia residents by the  City of Vidalia Fire Department.

This support will help prevent and mitigate the effects of fire on both life and property, which is the primary purpose of the partnership program and a great benefit to the residents of Vidalia.

If you are a business owner and would like more information on the Community Partnership Program,  or if you are a resident of Vidalia and would like free smoke detectors installed in your home, please contact the Vidalia Fire Department at 912-537-4388.
