February 10--Grae Creamer Brooks, age 31, of Swainsboro, died Tuesday, February 7, 2017, at her home, after an extended illness.  She was a native of Toombs County, and was a 2004 graduate of Toombs County High School.  She was a homemaker, and a member of the Rocky Creek Baptist Church near Johnson Corner.  

Grae is survived by her son, Jackson Brooks; fiancé, Scotty Hendley, both of Swainsboro; her mother, “Teny” Partin of Johnson Corner; father, Chuck Creamer and wife Davinelle of Waycross; one brother, Stacy Stanley and wife Alicia of Johnson Corner; one sister, Stephanie Stanley Allen and husband Taylor of Swainsboro; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The funeral service will be held Friday, February 10th at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Reverend Bill Black officiating.  Burial will follow in the Hardens Chapel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6:00 until 8:00.
