MN POLICE SHOOTING
An officer involved shooting during a traffic stop around 9pm in Falcon Heights, Minnesota sparked protests outside the Governors residence after a facebook video of the incident was posted online by the victims girlfriend. Police have identified the victim as 32-year-old Philando Castile, a cafeteria supervisor at a Montessori school.

--A federal investigation is beginning in the police killing of Alton Sterling - a 37-year-old black man shot-and-killed by police in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Police say Sterling was armed Tuesday night when police responded to a convenience store on reports of a man brandishing a gun. The two officers have been placed on administrative leave.
--A second video provided by a Baton Rouge, Louisiana, convenience store owner shows from a closer angle the police holding Sterling on the ground before the fatal shooting.
--A vigil was held for Sterling Wednesday evening.
The highest ranking officer charged for his alleged role in the Freddie Gray case is set to be tried before a Baltimore Circuit Court judge this Thursday.
--Case closed, according to the Justice Department. Attorney General Loretta Lynch says there will be no charges Hillary Clinton, a day after FBI Director James Comey recommended against any prosecution. Comey is scheduled to face questions about that decision in an appearance Thursday before a House oversight panel.
--Donald Trump characterized Clinton's explanation of her use of emails with one syllable: "These are all lies. We say lie. Lie, lie..lie...lie...dirty rotten liar."
