VOTE 2016
--Donald Trump is expected to come out swinging in the day ahead, after Hillary Clinton went on the attack on Trump's economic credentials, arguing "We can't let him bankrupt America like we are one of his failed casinos."  Trump tells ABC's David Muir: "She has a bad temperament. She would do so badly with the economy."
--Trump is launching a website: LyingCrookedHillary.com. 
--Hillary Clinton visits Capitol Hill to meet with House Democrats. The presumptive nominee has the support of President Obama and party leaders but it's the first time she meets with many of the rank and file Democratic members of Congress.

SENATE GUNS
Senators from both sides of the aisle coming together on Capitol Hill Tuesday to promote their latest attempt at bipartisan gun control. The new proposal from Republican Senator Susan Collins  would bar both people on the no-fly list as well as people who are required to go through extensive extra screening before they board a plane from getting firearms.  Republican leaders insist Democrats are grandstanding, and the White House is not focusing enough on fighting ISIS.

FL CLUB SHOOTING
--More details emerging about what the wife of Orlando shooter, Omar Mateen may have known the night of the Pulse nightclub attack. Noor Salman is said to have told investigators more about the night of the massacre - a source telling ABC News, that she saw her husband leaving the house with a bag of guns. Also describing her attempt to stop him from leaving, saying she was quote - concerned.
--Attorney General Loretta Lynch visited the scene of the Orlando nightclub shooting Tuesday.  The nation's top prosecutor declined to give insight into the investigation or the possible motives of the shooter.

FLIGHT DIVERTED
An Alaska Airlines flight from Portland to Anchorage was diverted to Seattle Tuesday after a man was accused of having unwanted contact with a 16-year-old girl next to him on the plane. The 23-year-old man was arrested upon landing, after he allegedly kissed a sleeping 16-year-old girl sitting next to him on the flight. It's the second time in less than a week this type of incident happened on a plane. On June 15th, the FBI arrested a 26 year-old on one count of abusive contact when his plane touched down in Portland for contact with a 16 yer-old unaccompanied minor.


IN TERROR ARREST
A suspected homegrown ISIS sympathizer is in custody after police raided an an apartment in Brownsburg, Indiana.   The FBI had been tracking a US citizen, Akram Musleh for a while - they say while in high school he posted videos of terrorists Anwar al-Awlaki on his YouTube page, and tried recruiting others to ISIS over the last two years. 

FLINT WATER
Michigan's Attorney General has scheduled a 10 a.m. news conference to announce a civil lawsuit in the investigation into Flint's water crisis.

SEVERE WEATHER
Violent weather in parts of the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern states. A possible tornado with hurricane force winds  brought down trees and power lines in Cape May County, New Jersey, and put 30-thousand homes in the dark.

CA WILDFIRES
Two wildfires burning outside Los Angeles have officials forcing hundreds of residents to evacuate their homes. More than 5-thousand acres burned so far.

NORTH KOREA
The US military says North Korea launched two intermediate range ballistic missiles...the missiles were tracked as they fell into the Sea of Japan.

STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN
Did members of Led Zeppelin steal some guitar chords for the famous opening of "Stairway to Heaven?"  It's the question in a copyright infringement case that's almost over.

CLEVELAND
A party five decades in the making, kicks off this morning in Cleveland as the city celebrates the Cavaliers' NBA championship with a parade and rally.
