Critics continue to speak out against a six-month jail sentence given to a former star on the Stanford swim team who's been convicted of sexually assaulting a woman on campus. Prosecutors are calling it a slap on the wrist, pointing out that with good behavior 20-year-old Brock Turner could be out in three months.
House Republicans on Tuesday will begin their rollout of their formal policy platform, after Speaker Paul Ryan became the last GOP leader to fall in line behind Donald Trump.
