State Department investigators slam Hillary Clinton for not getting legal clearance for her private email setup as Secretary of State.  A statement from House Speaker Paul Ryan says the inspector general's report “underscores” that Clinton “simply cannot be trusted.” A Clinton spokesman says the report confirms she was using private emails for State business just as other Secretaries of State had done. Clinton ignored questions about the issue on the campaign trail.

The State of Texas joins 10 other states suing the Obama administration over its transgender bathroom directive ... which tells public schools to let transgender students to use whichever bathroom they like.  Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton saying one of the state's school districts already passed a policy concerning the issue, saying it "puts the safety of their students first."
