Authorities in Waller County, Texas will be releasing dash cam video of the July 10th arrest of Sandra Bland, the woman found dead three days later in her jail cell.  Waller County DA Elton Mathis said much of  the encounter between the 28-yr. old and officers cannot be seen because Bland was in her car, but he says "It was a model traffic stop. And it was not a model person that was stopped on a traffic stop." He says a grand jury will convene later this summer.

No evidence so far that the gunman killed in the Chattanooga shooting was inspired by or directed by ISIS to carry out the attack last week. But his family insists Mohammad Abdulazeez was deeply troubled and upset about a drunk driving arrest.

President Obama will announce new rules intended to protect members of the military from predatory lending.  Calling predatory lending a “major problem” to military readiness, White House officials point out that service members are twice as likely to be victimized by such loans compared to people outside the military.

Around 70 million Americans are in a heat wave zone....with heat advisories from Oklahoma to New York.

--Ohio Governor Bob Kasich will officially enter the presidential race with his announcement Tuesday. Kasich becomes the 16th major candidate seeking the Republican nomination.

--Bill Cosby's lawyers are hitting back after the release of a decade-old deposition from a civil suit alleging sexual improprieties.
--Cosby is out of a documentary about black stuntmen and their struggle to make it in Hollywood. He was a featured interview in the project, but the producer tells ABC News Radio the footage is getting chopped.

After more than 50 years - the U.S. and Cuba have restored full diplomatic relations - reopening embassies in each other's capitals.

Professional surfer Mick Fanning is talking about his run-in with a shark at a competition in South Africa. Video captured the moment when a shark knocked Fanning off his surfboard and he frantically swam back to shore. Fanning returned to Australia Tuesday where he spoke to the media.
