Come out and celebrate with us at our "NEW YEAR'S EVE PARTY", Thursday evening, December 31st, from 8 p.m. until 1 a.m.  Advance tickets are $20.00.  At the door, admission will be $25.00. We will be serving heavy Hors d'oeuvres, draft beer and your favorite beverages.  A deejay will be on hand to provide lively music to help us usher in 2016.  Plan to join us for a fun time!
As we approach Christmas and New Year, allow me to take this opportunity to extend to you and your family the warmest of holiday wishes.  We greatly appreciate your support throughout the year and trust you will continue to make "Hawk's Point" your home club.
Our course continues to be in excellent shape, and we've enjoyed good play through the Fall months.  Let me remind you of our Saturday and Sunday blitzes which have been quite popular.  I would also like to gauge the feelings of our members on hosting a Demo Day, where club manufacturers would visit Hawk's Point and allow our members to test various clubs.  Another idea I would like to explore is the concept of holding some adult clinics to help you address problems with your game.
Don't forget to stop by the Pro Shop to stock up on golf merchandise and apparel which have been marked down during our Christmas Sale.  Let us help you provide that perfect holiday gift!

Again, from all of us at Hawk's Point Golf Club, MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

When it comes to putting, the important keys are keeping the head still and "listening" for the putt to drop.  So often, golfers try to "read" more into their putts, but I try to keep it simple.  Image pouring a bucket of water on the green between your ball and the cup.  Which way will the water run? That information will help you gauge the "break" on your putt.  For questions and help with your game, see the Pro.  Enjoy your round!
